We stayed here for about a Month during October and early November. The staff was extremely helpful and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and clubhouse are quite nice as well. We instantly made friends and were even invited to a birthday party of one of the lot owners. I have no idea what people are talking about with the sewer smell - I never smelled a thing. We absolutely loved the park and would certainly stay here again. We're full-timers.

Only stayed here one night. No gated entrance. Sites were pretty close to each other where I stayed. Long enough to where I didn't have to detach my toad, though. Restaurant was not open at 9:15 AM for breakfast; seems they're only open from 8-9 AM.

The camp hosts are great! They escorted me to my site and even helped guide me in. I worked from this location and the Wi-Fi was very reliable and the speed was more than acceptable. The campground is gated and you get an access key. Nightly rate for us included the monthly fee plus electricity averaged over our stay. Electricity seemed pricey, but overall $27 a night is not bad. We'll certainly stay here again.

Pricey during peak season, but overall a great park. We stayed on a Super Site which gives you a huge picnic table and oversized cement slab. The place was packed when we were there and we actually had to move to the KOA for the last week we were there because they didn't have any more spaces. Be prepared for loud music during the evenings at the pool and other shelters. Also, during the day the jet noise is very, very loud. There's always someone at the entrance to greet you, too. We'd stay here again for sure.
